The 14-Day Health Guarantee
When a consumer buys a pet through a Hooman partner store, the payment is held in escrow for up to 14 days. The pet must pass a health checklist verified by a Hooman-partnered vet. Only then does the store receive the money. This protects buyers, rewards honest sellers, and eliminates the #1 problem in pet sales: undisclosed illness.

Ethical Breeding Bonus: Stores whose pets pass a gene quality and breed quality assessment at 80%+ score receive ₹5,000 per qualifying sale — incentivizing ethical breeding practices.
